Our Booking Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Any Cancellations, with less than a 24-hour notice, will result in being charged 50% for the scheduled service. If you do not show up at all for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.


If you need to cancel your appointment after hours, please leave a voicemail or an email. They are time stamped, so they ensure you will not be charged if it is outside of the cancellation period.


New clients who do not call, or do not show up to the scheduled appointment will not be allowed to reschedule for any future appointments. If you do not pay for the last-minute cancellation or no show you will not be rebooked.


Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule depending on other appointments that are booked around your appointment time. If we are able to work around your tardiness, we are more than happy to.  The service will still be full price regardless of the time lost due to your late arrival.


After one no show you must pay a 50% deposit of the service you wish to have done. All deposits are nonrefundable if you reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time.


By signing you agree to our booking and cancellation policies and agree to adhere to them. 


If for some reason you are not satisfied with your service, you have one week to reach out and let us know.  After that timeframe full price will be charged for changes to color and cuts.
